Our Beverage Program here at the Farm provides exclusive opportunities to our guests. Blackberry’s offerings include a refined selection of premium spirits, complex yet simplistic beer, unique wine and whiskey tasting experiences and creative cocktails that use fresh and local ingredients to complement a culinary philosophy based in honoring our land. With the belief that food and beverage are inseparable in providing a top guest experience, our Beverage team cultivates this philosophy through inventive cocktails and by leaning into small family-run vineyards to bring over 150,000 bottles from iconic regions, varieties, producers and vintages. Our Beverage team takes pride in seeking out creative ways to infuse Blackberry’s legendary hospitality into the drinks they create and serve.

With 150,000 bottles to choose from, Blackberry Farm's wine cellar is deep with opportunities to learn more about wine. During your stay, you can schedule an opportunity to spend time with a member of our sommelier team for in-depth tasting including exploration of regions, varieties, producers and vintages.

The goal of Blackberry Farm's Wine Program is simply to offer the most exciting wine experience to each of our guests, from beginners to the most dedicated wine connoisseurs. We are confident that guests with the most experienced wine palates will be overjoyed with the opportunity to experience the wine they have always heard about but never seen, or maybe just revisit an old favorite on our Wine Spectator Grand Award winning wine list.

Spirits

While both the Dogwood Bar and The Barn Bar sport an unrivaled selection of premium liquors, they specialize in whiskey. Our collection is comprised of both American and international whiskies; however, the spirits closest to our hearts are the ones produced closest to our homes. After all, the core of American whiskey surrounds us in the south. We like to believe that our region is at the forefront of the American whiskey revival, and the amber glow that emanates from within our bars clearly represents our passion for brown spirits. Just as our wine list promotes the small wine producers of California and the rest of the United States, our selection of 60 small-production or artisan American whiskies demonstrates the skill, craftsmanship and traditions of American Master Distillers. For the last decade Blackberry Farm has been dedicated to collecting the best whiskies that the world has to offer.
